CPA – Overview<\/h4>

I.     PROGRAM NAME:<\/strong><\/h3>

Certified Public Accountant (CPA). By The Institute of Certified Public Account in Rwanda<\/p>

 II.     COURSE OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/h3>

This course is for those who want to work as professional accountants, auditors, finance managers, tax specialists and financial consultants<\/p>

 III.     COURSE DETAILS<\/strong><\/h3>

The CPA examination has 18 papers divided into five levels and exams are held twice in year in April, June and December<\/p>

– Business Mathematics & Quantitative Methods
– Financial Accounting
– Introduction to Law
– Business Management, Ethics & Entrepreneurship<\/td>		– Management Accounting

– Company Law

NB<\/strong>: Every student must complete the papers in each level before proceeding to the next level.<\/p>

 IV.     ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>

Earning your CPA Certification is a commitment, and that’s why it is valuable. The entry requirements are:<\/p>

1. Senior Six Examination Score of 30 points and above or its equivalent <\/p>\n\n

2.  Holders of Certified Accounting Technician Certificate, Bachelors Degree\/Diploma in Accounting or Accounting Certificate from a recognized University\/ Tertiary institution or Professional body.<\/p>\n\n

3.  Third Year University students specializing in Accounting or Business studies<\/p><\/div>
